AS SOON AS THE BOOKING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED, THE BOOKING IS BINDING.

• Payment must be made so that the payment is available to Eksjö Camping according to the date indicated on the invoice. For bookings where the arrival date is closer than 30 days, the booking is paid immediately by card payment.

• In case of cancellation 2 weeks before the arrival date, half the fee is charged/refunded. Cancellation 48 hours before the arrival date, the camping fee is not refunded.

• Check-in at camping sites takes place from 13 and in cottages/rooms at 15. Check-out all accommodation at 12.

• To check in on a camping site at Eksjö camping, you need a Camping Key Europe or a Camping ID. You can buy your Camping Key Europe from us or download a free Camping ID.

• Eksjö camping has a minimum age requirement of 18 years to book accommodation at our facility. During Eksjö Stadsfest, the age limit is 25 years.

• Only one tent, caravan or mobile home may be set up on each camping site. When setting up a caravan, only the associated car may be parked on the camping site. You may not transfer or rent out a site.

• Please note that smoking is prohibited in all buildings, rooms and cottages.

THE RENTAL AGREEMENT WILL TERMINATE IMMEDIATELY IF:

• Someone in the party behaves in a disruptive manner in one of our accommodation options or in the area.

• Someone in the party commits damage in one of our accommodation options or in the area.

• Our accommodation options are used for an unintended purpose.

• If check-in to the rented object has not been done according to the campsite's check-in routines.

• If the agreement ceases to apply due to in the aforementioned case, the group must immediately move from the camping site/cabin/room. You have no right to a refund of the rental amount.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
If one of our accommodation options is left without cleaning, a cleaning fee of SEK 1,200 will be charged afterwards. Cleaning can be pre-ordered when booking a room/cottage.
