On May 25, 2018, we as EU citizens got strengthened rights when it comes to how information about us is used, what it is and how it is stored. Then the current law was replaced by a data protection regulation, GDPR, (GDPR is an abbreviation for General Data Protection Regulation). The regulations regulate how personal data may be handled by, among other things, companies and organizations which, among other things, contain rules for how personal data must be handled in a safe and secure manner. The Data Protection Regulation must protect you so that your personal integrity is not violated by your personal data being used in the wrong way. Your personal data may only be processed if you have approved it, we have an agreement or if there is support in another law (or GDPR). 

For us at Eksjö Camping & conference, it is important that you feel secure in how we handle your personal data, and follow the laws and regulations that exist to protect your privacy.

Member register: 
Your name, telephone number and/or e-mail address are saved in our membership register. We use the register to make member-related mailings such as information, invitations and invoicing of membership fees. 
We never share the data with third parties. Dispatches are made via letter, e-mail or SMS. 

Website 
The website is public, and there is information about our business, about accommodation and about our activities. Images may appear there, but no personal data. Everything that is published publicly must from now on be approved by the person concerned. 

What you need to do: 
If you do not want to be on our membership or mailing list, please let us know as soon as possible. 
You have the right to request a register extract from us free of charge, once per calendar year. The request must be made in person at Eksjö Camping & Conference signed by you, and include your name, address, date and social security number. We will not release register extracts via e-mail, as we do not have a service that supports secure identification of recipients. We will get back to you with a register extract within 30 days to your given address.
